bakery
eat8flowers name grew from my desire to share sensory gardens- not just seeing, but smelling, touching & tasting.
I have unique sweet and savory plants like apple mint
and pineapple sage.
I invite you to taste them from the plant as you visit,
but I also love collecting leaves and blooms to concoct in the kitchen. Beyond roses & lavender, lemon verbena & lime basil ice cookies.
A rainbow of basils with a variety of spring greens makes pesto
on homemade focaccia with colorful tomatoes & edible lilies.
The gardens inspire a pallet to taste.
It is fun to see people pleasantly surprised as they try flavors
they would not typically consider.
I want special treats to be available to
as many as possible,
but realize that bodies have varying dietary abilities, and my health challenges also make me sensitive
to certain ingredients.
So, I aim to use as many unprocessed and organic ingredients as possible.
*gluten and dairy free options
are always available in my baked goods*
